Are you looking for somewhere to hold your birthday party or do you need a well equiped room to hold a sales seminar away from the hustle and bustle of the office?

Whatever your needs, we can probably help.

Chearsley Cricket Club pavilion was extended and refurbished during 2010. It now represents an ideal, fully equipped venue for parties, lunches and dinners, with a delightful outlook on the surrounding countryside.

The new enlarged club room has sufficient space to cater for a sit-down dinner for 60/70 persons or larger numbers for a buffet-style event. Bar facilities are also available.

The rental is just £10 per hour with an option to have a staffed bar (excluding cost of drinks). A booking deposit of £60 will also be payable

Additional services such as barbecue, marquee and disco are also available and with our newly equiped kitchen you can even have hot meals.

Costs are subject to agreement in advance, including payment of a booking deposit.

The venue is available in the afternoon and evenings on weekdays and weekends. If events are booked on match days during the summer, a start-time for the event will need to be discussed in advance.

Ground Hire
The ground and pavilion are also available for hire for the staging of cricket matches (subject to dates not clashing with other club fixtures).

Chearlsy Cricket Clubhouse The rental of the ground and pavilion facilities is £120 (this charge includes ground preparation and use of the pavilion facilities but does not include the cost of scorers, umpires or kit). A booking deposit will also be payable.

Marquee Hire
During 2013, together with Chearsley Village we purchased a marquee for those occasional days when the weather is slightly inclement.

This is available to hire for use on the cricket ground or within the village of Chearsley
